We are happy to announce that we will be having another girl! She is due to arrive October 25, 2009. Until we pick a permanent name, the womb name for this little girl is "Pandora" (Mari's womb name was "Xena, Warrior Princess). So far, my thyroid is behaving itself very nicely. We took Mari with us to the ultrasound. This morning, I showed her a DVD of one of her ultrasounds so I could explain what we were going to do today. Once we went to our appointment and the images started showing up on the screen, Mari shouted something to the effect of, "A baby, like me! In Mommy's tummy!" I think she gets it.
Here are the little feet. The technician said they are 3.55 centimeters long. So tiny!

Here's the spine. Pandora was moving around so much that the technician had a hard time getting the pictures she needed! We didn't bring home a picture of the "girl parts" but we saw them on the screen. We are thrilled to be having another girl!

Yay! I'm so excited for you guys :) I'm sure that Mari will loving having a little sister and how fun to be adding to your family! We can't wait for this little one to get here in the next month or so...
How fun! I'm so happy for you guys! I didn't know you were prego. I like the name Pandora (and Xena)... that's too funny. Ours was Festus, until we came up with a real name. I think it's funny that the technician calls them "girl parts." When our technician said that, both Tyler and I were thinking which girl parts??

Those are some great pictures they got there! My favorite is the first one. :) How fun that they give you a DVD of your ultrasound! My original due date was the 26th, so we would have been only 1 day off! Who knows, we may deliver on the same day....
