Dear Family and Friends,
We wish you a merry Christmas and hope you had a good year in 2009. The biggest event in our family this year was the addition of a new daughter and sister, Alice Juleen. She was born five days late on her great-grandmother’s birthday, October 30. Now just over a month old, Alice continues to be a great sleeper and eater. She is a happy and mellow baby. We are grateful to have her in our family.
Mari turned 3 three days after Alice was born. She loves not being an only child anymore. Above all, she is a social girl. She loves going to Grandma’s house and playing with cousins and friends. She has a very active imagination that includes many invisible pets and objects. She has begun home-school preschool and enjoys learning.
Sarah enjoyed a healthy pregnancy this year. She stays home with Mari and Alice and loves her job as homemaker. She continues to work toward her bachelor’s degree through BYU Independent Study and will graduate April 2010 if all goes to plan. Sarah serves as the Mia Maid advisor at church and loves teaching the young women.

Whatever insurance you need, he can provide you: life, health, disability, auto, home, renters, and more. Aaron began the year teaching Sunday school to the 16-year-olds. Halfway through the year, he was called to serve as the first counselor in the elders’ quorum.

How ironic...I just got moved from Mia Maids to teaching the Laurels, and my husband was in YM's and was put in during the summer as the
1st counselor in the Elders Quorum too!
Cute little girls, Mari seems very smart for her age! Good job with the preschooling, I've been working with Holly too on her letters and stuff, and its amazing how quick they catch on!
