The three little girls found a "fairy ring" of redwood trees. They loved sitting in that together.
Mindy's fiance, Jon, (now husband) got to come too. Here's the whole gang, minus Joey (who comes home from his mission in October!).

Grandma took the little girls for a little time to do crafts together. I'm grateful that my grandmother is around to be a great-grandmother to my daughter.
On a log near our campsite, almost all of us have our names carved in. I carved mine in back in 2003 when I graduated from high school. Grandpa carved Jon's name next to Mindy's, so Jon carved Aaron's name next to mine. What a brother-in-law!

That looks like so much fun and you look great! Congrats on the pregnancy...are you finding out what you are having? I also really enjoyed reading about your family history trip and talking with your great-grandmother. You are so lucky and that really will be priceless to have in the family!
